Well here it is FM07 and the first guide of the Tazskool shop.

Scouting.

As you will have seen by now the scouting has undergone a massive overhaul and has been made a lot more in depth.

Lets start by taking a look at the scouting screen where its lists all your current staff and best explain what it all means and does.

As you can see from image 1 all the scouts now have their nationalities they are best at scouting and a “Report” button. This report button when pressed will display any player’s names and small details about him that he has scouted. We will look more into this later on.

The next section to the right is very new. It shows different areas of the world where this scout is best at scouting. As you can see from the image above the scout is very good in England and not so good in. So when sending a scout off to look for players this is a very important aspect to look into to get accurate feedback.

You can also send your coaching staff on scouting missions now as well.

The next section of the screen is the list of reports this scout has done and is currently looking for. It will also show you the number of days he has left before you can view his report. At the time of writing this guide you do NOT get a message in your news box letting you know when the scout has finished scouting the area you sent him to. So it is best to check this yourself every few days to make sure you get the up to date information from his scouting.

Try not to send your scouts on a huge scout hunt due to this will keep him away for a lot longer than required and give you a long report to read at the end. You will probably have missed out on the bargain you would have got if you had your wits about you.

It is also not a very good idea to send a scout to a country where he has little or no knowledge.

Now what to do when a scout has returned from his scouting trip?

You will see in the image below (Image 2) that the scout mentioned has returned and his report is ready to read. Click on REPORT next to his name and you will see a brief list of players and a small amount of information on what the scout has collected.

The rest of this guide and the images are downloadable from the link at the top!!!

If you wish to use this guide or any of my others please PM me first as I do like to keep track of where they are so I can keep it updated!
