Overview,
Chelsea is no doubt one of the strongest teams in the world to this present gaming day, not just in games but in the real world. With vast amounts of cash and luxury to every extent you will without a doubt enjoy you’re time as the Chelsea boss. With £99m pounds to spend on players, it shouldn’t be hard to improve the squad, not that it really needs improving to be honest, but to drag in the odd star player from abroad or closer to home, for this money is no option as Abramovich just keeps raking in the money. From past experiences I have sold a few players at the start of the season, instead of just having them there for the sake and not playing them or just loaning them out, The likes of Damien Duff, Hernan Crespo and Geremi Should all be sold if there not part of your plans which I doubt they will be, you can gather at least £17m for the three.

As the manager of such a well off and well known, respected club you should be able to win the premiership along with other accolades quite simply as long as you have the magic managing touch that goes with being a through managing great. With all that transfer kitty you should be able to put pen to paper on very good players names and in no time have them lining up for your team. Although you are expected to win the league and have a very good attempt at the FA Cup and Carling Cup (League Cup), making it to the latter stages at least, if not to the podium to get runners-up or if your team are that good, winner’s! So basically there’ the expectations rapped up in a nut shell for you, now all you have to do is go fulfil them!!!

Tactics,
The advised tactic I would give you is 4-1-2-1-2 it is a strong tactic and covers all areas and suits Chelsea as they have the best players in special positions available. Play Petr Cech in goals as he is possibly one of the best goalkeepers in the English league and has experience. They have a large enough number of defenders to choose from, Paulo Ferreira played good for me when I had them averaging a 7.78 in 32 appearances and scoring 3 times. So he should holster your defence but it will need John Terry for the season along with your midfield. Again with the midfield it is very strong but could improve, they have players in the normal positions to play a simple and basic 4-4-2 tactic,that works fine and should bring success, so you are not going to have to change things a bit, doesn't matter what tactic you play as long as it suits the players you have because we cant tell what players your going to buy. So my starting eleven goes like this using a default 4-4-2 tactic.

A few players are on loan out to other clubs that could be used as cover if needs be, they are good players but only Jiri Jarosik is worth calling in my opinion of staying on at Chelsea, so I suggest that you hold onto him when he returns from loan as he could come in handy.
My Suggested players to sign,
Well in my opinion the Left Midfield needs Strengthening, so I suggest you try and bid/sign for Vicente, Cristiano Ronaldo or If you can or have enough money, the infamous Ronaldinho.
Also the Strike Force needs strengthening so I suggest that you get Andre Schevchenko and/or Fred, I know he doesn’t look brilliant but my god is he one prolific goal scorer. Always there to get on the score sheet. Give him a go he will do you proud and if not, well I’m a liar!!(but I assure you he is good) |
