Overview With quite a strong squad and young too. Zaragoza have the makings of a good team for the future but they need a lot of work as they have quite a small stadium compared to a lot of teams in La liga. But it does have underground heating and all seated. They also have a very small transfer budget which is only 750 k and finances aren’t brilliant. So I suggest looking to buy young players for the future. Unless you have set your eyes and a big player then you would have to sell one of your top guns such as Ewethon. Which I suggest you don’t!!!!
Goalkeepers They have two goalkeepers the 33 year old Cesar Sanchez and the 23 year old Miguel. Cesar Sanchez is definitely the better of the two but I would say if you replace him you should. Miguel is a very average Spanish goalie who is okay as a backup but I bought the Dutch 17 year old Tim Krul from Newcastle for 300k and within a season or so he will really blossom in to a world class goalkeeper and possibly be Holland’s number 1 by the age of 21 years of age!!
Defenders At right back I played who did surprisingly well for me achieving 7 and 8s most games. And at left back I played the experienced Spanish defender Augustin Arazabal who did very well for me but I would say if you can replace the two left backs and right backs with someone better you should. And the two centre back I played the Brazilian Alavaro and the Argentine Gabriel Alejandro Milito and the two of the had a brilliant partnership at the heart of defense. Also I suggest you make Gabriel Alejandro Milito your captain as he orders the defense brilliantly.
Milito:
Midfielders I would say that Zaragoza midfield is the best part of there team with the Brazilian Savio on the left who runs at defenders and creates chances for fun and on the right I played Cani who is a brilliant passer of the ball and can it brilliant crosses so the two of them were a brilliant pair on the wings. And in the heart of midfield I played the 20 year old Alberto Zapater who is a real gem in midfield valued at 4.2 million at 20 and can become a real superstar for any team. Along side him I played the more experienced Albert Celades and the two of them did brilliantly.
Forwards Up front I played the on loan striker Diego Alberto Milito and Ewerthon and between the two of them I would expect them to score at least 35 goals a year I would say Ewethon is the better of the two he scored 24 goals in the season and Milito scored 15 goals!!!
Ewethon:
Rating I would give them a difficulty rating of about 4 out of 5 as they have one or two good players but can be hard to take them to European domination!!!!
