Lightbulb Running an English 2nd Division Club FAQ

Started as Peterborough (but im sure most are the same!!)

Managing a English 2nd Division Team Help File (Winzip)

Version 1: The Start of Posh
Version 2: Into the First few games
Version 3: Run up to Xmas and Jan Transfer Window

Version 4: The window closing and following month..
Version 5: The Final Countdown

Started as Peterborough (Choose any team really, I chose Posh cause it was a midtable team!)

First thing to do is to move my tactics and training scheds into the new game...
I had a look at the players briefly..
Moved into the wages and transfer budget..
Then looked at coaching and used my specially designed training..
Went looking for new coaches since the 3 there are aren’t capable of spreading very well over my scheds..
Hired 3 new coaches.. mid range stats..
Assigned the players to the schedules and put injured players on no training..
Made a huge mistake going into September in the first season.. I sold a keeper so I had only 2.. make sure you have 3 or 4 on the books!!!
Training is something you realise later on in the season you should have concentrated on alot more.. make your strikers/attackers train "intense" on shooting and hard on attacking.. and your defense "intense" on defending..may seen like common sense but when you are trying to balance their training up so you dont push them too hard its not that easy to do.

If you keep control of your finances then the board are more likely to put more funds into the club at a later date during the season.

P.S. I cant post all of the content in here so its all downloadable :)
