When i offer a contract to a player wats tha difference between ''Key Player'' and ''First Team'' player

Key player is some who is indespensible to the team (i think) whereas a first team player is not indespensible but a first team player

Idispensible means that the player can't be missed, those players are the spine of your team. Important first team players are they players that will deserve a first team place in most matches.

For example: Ronaldinho is indispensible at Barca, Deco is a important first team player. Both play almost every match, but Ronaldinho offcourse is a more important then just someone that deserves a first team place

Indispenable players will also expect to play EVERY Week.. and get upset if they dont..

First team players expect to be in the 11 or on the bench..

Rotation players... expect to play or be on the bench for some matches and play in the small unimportant matches such as Mickey Mouse cups and friendlies..
