I have won a lot of trophy's so far, but never tried starting from rock bottom, so that was what I decided to do. As for that I picked a lot of the larger leagues: England, Spain and Italy, but started in the bottom of the Icelandish league myself.

I was at KS in the Icelandish First Division... After a couple of matches I noticed that FH needed a Manager, and as they were placed in the best Division of Iceland I decided to ask, wasn't hoping for much as I hadn't any experience yet. However they approached me and I got a job until 2008 giving me 20.000 € pr month, so I was pretty satisfied... As I knew very little about Icelandic soccer I decided to use a couple of hours on scanning their marked myself, letting the scout's go. I found a couple of cheap guys from the lowest Icelandic teams and took in about 6 players as a suplement for my own guys.

Within 2 months I won my first trophy which was the Islandsmöt 1. Deild Karla... Some sort of a Cup. I won every single match in the tournament, which included a group of 8 teams before the Cup really started...
I came to the league and all went on just great... There's only 18 matches in the Icelandic league so you better step up the pace from the beginning and so I did... I won the league by 10 points to number two, before crowning the perfect season with another trophy in the VISA-Bikarinn, another Cup... So my first season was perfect with the Treble... I thought I would look for a small team overseas and found Queens Park Rangers as a suitable job and I applied... They hired me the following day...

When I arrived the team had 30 players within their 3 teams. I sold 8 and was down to 22 which I found suitable for the last 12 matches of the League... I was placed 22nd when I took over the team, having 5 points up to survive... With the transfer money gained I bought 4 of my players from FH: Gunnleifur Gunnleifsson (GK), Johan Gudmundsson (DR), Audun Helgarson (DC/R) and Tryggvi Gudmundsson (AM/L - ST)...

Those guys should help me avoid relegation and they did. I managed to get 6 Wins, 3 Draws and 3 Defeats in my 12 matches giving me 21 points, getting me 10 points clear of relegation...

My position now is still seated at QPR, I have attached following players:

So I hope to be able to place myself in top 10 with the Squad before moving further on... Denmark has aproached me aswell so I'm also head of them at the moment, they want to Qualify for European Championships which seems possible: Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Israel, Estonia, FYR of Macedonia and Luxembourg.

Another season has almost come to an end... My objectives was to stay clear of relegation, but my standing after all 46 Games is an amazing 6th. So I'm going into promotion battle... I can face: Coventry, Wigan or Watford... Honestly I don't really care which team i'm to face first, these are my matches against these teams so far:

Watford 5-2 Q.P.R.
Q.P.R. 1-0 Watford
Q.P.R. 0-0 Coventry
Coventry 1-1 Q.P.R.
Wigan 3-3 Q.P.R.
Q.P.R. 2-2 Wigan

The obvious fear should be towards Watford but I think Wigan might be the tougher one to beat...

Anyway thats the current league position, with Denmark things are going alright but not great:

I'm facing Ireland away next... A lost match will cost me the job I think... Anything but a loss will however be a good result for me as my matches are fairly easy afterwards only with Italy home as a real challenge (2-3 Away btw)

I drew Coventry... Probably the weaker of the 3 teams, so I hope I'll go through to the final:

Looking promising, meanwhile has Wigan qualified for the final, hopefully against me:

I've done it! One year in a relegationthreatened team I have turned it into Promotion... 3 Titles and 1 promotion, and an avoid of relegation in just 2 seasons must be a decent acomplishment

And a small preview on the season to come... I'll have a hard time Qualifying Denmark for the European Championships which is not too good. I will also have my hands full not getting Queens Park Rangers relegated. This is my starting 11 plus 7 substitutors. It surely isn't a Premier League worthy, but hopefully with my tactical knowledge and hopefully an addition or two in the squad we will be able to hold a low top 15 this season:

So very clearly not a competitive team as it looks right here before our first games... Hopefully we can sell the left overs, and by that get one or two quality signings... We however have to stay in a good budget so we next year can start improving for real... If we survive that is!

*EDIT* We did manage to improve our squad by letting some marginal players go for whatever we could get for them... This gave me the opportunity to play around with around 3M £ to strenghten the Squad... I found that a good deffense would be the key to succeding my Quest so I went to look for Quality players and found following:
-Anthony Gardner (Tottenham) for 900k £, as for a player with 1 National Cap for England I see this as a bargain and a realistic transfer which is also very important for me (To keep it realistic).
-Yohan Gourcuff (Milan) 2,1M £, will hopefully carry the team a lot as he is my most expensive buy ever in my career.

Meanwhile I have had a couple of job offers which I have turned down, because I think I can create just as good as result in Q.P.R. than the others. The teams are: Birmingham (Transfer Budget 12M £), Xerez (Transfer Budget 4,5M £) and Elche (Transfer Budget 6M £)... They are all in the best possible division...*EDIT*

No one seems to care at all about this section but hey, I enjoy writing it down anyway:

My first season in the Premier League is over. I managed to take Q.P.R. into amazingly 6th with a team who should hardly be surviving. With my Denmark Squad I failed to get in the EC, but I managed to get Silver in EC with my U21 squad which gives me a place in the Olympics, which i'm looking forward to :).

As I don't like stumbling in the same I have tried to snatch up some players to improve my 6th place of last year (though it's going to be hard.), should I get the opportunity of going away to a bigger club (Not a semi club, but top 5 candidate), then I will leave Q.P.R., but with a squad and echonomics worth playing for a new coach. The season is to start and this will be my starting 11 and subs:
