If your a team with co-owned players, you get a message about it. After a season. Both Clubs must bring a bid to the player. The highest bid gets the player ;)
With players you want to buy is it simple. You must bring a bid to both clubs ;)
You can buy a co-owned player putting an offer on both the teams that co-own a player. Generally speaking the price you should offer to the teams is half the value of the player, but obviously you shoud offer more than half his price.
