Lightbulb Tazskool's FMF Guide to Making FAQ/Guides

Well to make your own FAQ/Guide...

First of all you need to sit down and think about hwo you wish to approach this subject.

For instance take my 2nd Division management FAQ/Guide.

I chose a club which was in the 2nd div and without usign any cheats at all such as FM Scout or editors.

I played the game.. making notes about what decisions I made and how it affected the club, players and fans. Also my personal stats.

Playing diff formations during the preseason to find one that worked with the club and exploring every aspect of the game in depth to make the guide as useful as possible.

Also making notes of negatives and positives of all choices made.

Also I had to think about the main thing with makin and FAQ/Guide.. the "easy to read" factor...

Since FM is played in may diff countries and some peoples English is never as good as my own I had to put it into as easy to read as possible without seeming that I am belittling anyone.

I also had ot be prepared to answer any questions or comments on what I had written and use all feedback in a positive light.

Also when posting the guide I had to be prepared for it to fail and have no one look at it and see where I went wrong.

There also has to be a part of you that is a FM nut and do the entire Guide/FAQ and devote so much of your spare time to making sure it is right and helpful to ALL!!!

You also need to need to have a very adult look and openminded sense to you cause no one is the same as you in the way you think and the way you see things.

I hope this helps everyone and answers any questions on why I write guides and what is behind it all..

At the end of the day if you ever think of writing a Guide/FAQ you should do it all in or nothing AND do it for the love of FM!!!
