I created a custom database which swapped teams between MLS( and several american divisions) and the english premier league and coca cola champs.

I'm having this very same problem as well!
Swapped 10 made up Canadian teams into Hong Kong League.
You can play friendlies but real matches just hang at the SUBMIT TEAM button... | | | | | | |
