I am not in anyway trying to take credit for this db just redistributing it to you lovely people :D Hey guys - I've created a massive World League for FM 2008! It is based on a 6 tier system based in England, starting from the World Premier League, followed by World Championship League, World Division One, World Division Two, World Conference League, World Conference North & World Conference South. I also added plenty of teams into the Isthmian Premier and Isthmian Northern / Southern Premier so relegations and promotions to and from Conf. North / South will still keep the structure of the World League intact, and the World FA Cup (formerly the FA Cup) will also contain international teams. I changed most non-EU countries to be EU one's so there are no conflicts regarding foreign players (e.g. Brazilian, Argentinian teams etc.) Here are the line-ups of the leagues. These are based on FM's team rating (out of 10000) within their database: World Premier League A.C. fed what happens to all the teams that arent in this league
for example bundesliga or serie a, does the league just vanish?
and if we load all players from england will it load all players from all these teams?

thanks | If you load bundesliga for example(not advisable) the game will load bundesliga but you will just have the english teams that were swapped with bundesliga teams and then the rest of normal german teams. BUT if you load all english players, obviously it will just load all english players from all the clubs in the world, as normal. And to answer the other question : extract the db with winrar to My documents/ SI/ FM08/ DB |

Has anyone tried this?, is it best just to load only english leagues?, and am ok to do it woth huge database? |

its best if you ONLY load all english leagues, but for players and that it is prbably advisable to use either DDT files or Huge database |

I tried to start a new game, but it didnt quiet work out...
I Copied it to mygames/sports interactive..../db but it didnt work...

make sure you have patch 8.0.1, then extract it to mydocuments/sports interactive/FM08/DB use winrar WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files to extract it. |

It tried it, downloaded the patch 8.0.1, installed it, then extracted both the update and the world league to the map you told me...but it didnt work out...since whenever i start a game its still the same old england...
Any suggestions? (put it in all db-maps i've got...so i dont know...even tried it with removing 800...not working...pity..)
