After reading the F365 piece where Arsene whines like a little girl about Arsenal being a "selling club" I came up with this challenge.
1. you spend 20% of what you sell (so 10M out 2M in)
2. you must sell at least one of your starting eleven every window
3. you must cut overall wages every year at minimum 5% for 10 seasons, never allowing them finish above the previous years for the next 10 years. (half your wage expenditures basically and keep them there)
4. you can at no time start a match with a player over 30 in your starting eleven (GK doesn't count)
5. last 20 seasons
6. achieve champions league qualification by league finish in 4 out of 5 seasons
Good Luck! feel free to post your results. Enjoy! I recommend you use Arsenal but if you don't want to you can use whoever I suppose.

The selling player every window kinda makes it impossible dosent it?

Looks like a good challenge here mate.
Not sure if I'll give it a go though.
Wouldn't it make more sense if you sold one of your starting XI every summer rather than every window and Arsenal seem to do that in real life? |

Seems a great (if little complicated) challenge mate nice idea
I suppose one way round it is to sign a cheap player that you put in your 1st team ie out of contract players ect? |
