A challenge is supposed to be hard. It should have ups and downs. A narrow, winding path that only the truly great can endure and outlast to become successful. Four years ago (FM-years), I had taken over as Accrington Stanley, predicted to get relegated from League 2. Now, we are in the highest echelon of English football, and with gritted teeth and and determined soldiers (ahem...players), we try to survive the dangers of the top flight. A remarkable achievement is it not? Well you have a try! Become the manager of the Biggest Little Club and take them to the top. Your Challenge Get to the Premiership in 5 seasons So, in September 2012, you will be a Premiership manager Make the challenge more challenging - Win at least 3 trophies (leagues or cups)
- Keep your finances above zero at all times (I didn't do this
 ) - Keep at least 3 original Accrington players by the time you get into the premiership (I have 2)
Guidelines
- No FMM! or other kind of cheating
- Screenshots must be posted at the end of every transfer window of your squad, transfers, finances, league table and Manager overview screen
- This is possible, I did it in 4 seasons!

When you keep 2 players in the squad, do you have to play them?

Ru: those were the ideas to make it more challenging, not something you HAVE to do
Uptheowls: they should be happy first teamers (no reservists or constantly unhappy fringe players...i have two who make the bench every week)
And 3 trophies on your way to the prem. I won League 2, the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, and League 1. |

looking good  youve made some good signings, especially sabic and plessis and they turned out very good for me. kenny arthur though, is one of those players who is still in my squad in the premiership. i think it wouldve been better if you had kept him . good luck for the season |

Sorry about the other screenies I think I pasted the wrong link. Anyway I'm in Feb now: League   Overview   I also signed Dado Prso for a bit of experience and quality up front (despite having the pace of a turnip)
