Everyone must of heard about Sepp Blatter's proposal of eventually having 6 Home grown players in the starting 11 and 5 talents from abroad. He's want to encourage home grown talent and devlop the young footballing talent in England well let's give him what he wants and much quicker than expected!







Rules:

• Must only have 5 non-english players within the starting line up.
• Must only have a max of 8 non-english players in 1st team at any given time.
• Must have at least 5 players under the age of 23 in your squad.
• Can only buy English players under the ages of 27
• Friendlies Will not count since it's used for getting players fit.
• You may have only have 5 non-english players on the pitch any any given time. So you can still have non-english players on bench but must replace the non-english players.Only 3 non-english players allowed on bench.

Step 1
Choose a Premiership Team to go if you want a tougher challenge then try going a team without that many english stars like Man U or chelsea.

Step 2
Choose the Abroad talent you wish to keep at your squad and sell the rest!

Step 3
Look to promote 3 to 4 young players from your reserves and U18'S squad to the main squad and try to slowly introduce them to games.

Step 4
Field your English domiant team and try to achieve success with your team!

Winning the Premier League gets you 40 points, runners up 30 points, 3rd or 4th gets you 15points. 5th-8th gets you 7points.

Winning the Carling cup will get you 15points, runners up will get you 7 points
Winning the FA cup will get you 20 Points, runners up will get you 10 points
Winning Champions league will get you 30 points, runners up will get you 15 points

A English player from you team getting Golden Boot in Champions League gets you 7 points.
add 5 if under age of 23

A english player who wins Top goalscorer in Premier League gets you 10 points.
add 5 if under age of 23

A english player who is also under age of 23 who wins the top goalscorer in premier league gets you 15 points.
add 5 if under age of 23

English Player wins footballer of the year gets you 15 points.
add 5 if under age of 23

English Player wins Players player of the year gets you 15 points also.
add 5 if under age of 23

English Player gets Players young player of the year awar gets you 20 points

English players gets Goal of the year gets you 7 points.

For each player if the Premiership team of the year gets you 4 points/ 6 points if under ages of 23.

For each player in Champions league Dream team gets you 4 points/ 6points if under the age of 23.

For UEFA scoring exacltly same as Champions league but minus 2 points.

Also if you feel you can't achieve it withing the first season then use your first season to build until you can in the next season.

Edit: Going to Ban Aston Villa they allready have enough first team english players and under 23 english players.

For a tough challenge try to play as Arsenal!

hmm might give this a go in my opinion man utd and chelsea are the easiest due to money and rep and also fact they have quite a few world class english players rooney,ferdinand,lampard,terry etc
about the 5 non english players if they have secondary english nation does they count as a english player or one of the foreign players

England have to be their main nation, if they choose to accept England nationatly then they can be included.

ok well i was just thinking as theres quite a few players take dwight yorke who had both nationalities but choose not to play for england same with ryan giggs etc

e.g welsh,scottish,Northern Irish
because this will be the actual rule its not just english its British

Oh yeah shadow brewster giggs didnt have the choice to play for england
because he is completley welsh. :D
and he only played for england at schoolboy level.

dafudge he had the chance to choose either england or wales as every 1 has said if he had picked england he would of owned and we would of got alot further then we did
he grew up in england so he is english aswell once ya been in our country 5 years your english and also only reason he picked wales cause he knew he had a better chance of bein called up
dont believe another example that was in newspapers recently was arsenals keeper almunia hes been in england 5 years and since hes never been called up for spain we could call him up to the england squad if we ever wanted to

and the rule is actualy english players that blatter wants since in football we arent seen as Britain

i was giving examples as man utd and chelsea have the best english players allready like terry and lampard for chelsea and ferdinand and rooney for man utd

Wat are the rules for Arsenal?....as the whole team is is non british ...but most the players been at the club for 5 or more years as juniors? cause using that rule id have to sell 3 quarters of the team

Arsenal is the ultimate challenge if you sell the really good non-english players and keep the 8 you want you can use the money to buy some good english players to replace them. Id say if you go arsenal it maye take 2-3 years to have success.
