 Arsene Wenger has been at Arsenal for years, constantly building teams that are challenging for the title. He builds one great team, once that loses it's great player, he brings through new ones and makes another great team, he is now currently on his third great team whilst at Arsenal 1: Overmars, Petit, Keown, Adams, Bergkamp etc.... 2:Ljunberg, Pires, Viera, Henry, Campbell etc... 3: Fabregas, Toure, Clichy, Adebayor, Walcott etc.... So this is the challenge, take over at any club, although it may be best to do it at Arsenal, and stick to these guidelines All players bought must be under 21
Each player may cost no more than £10 million
The average age of the squad should be less than 23
Goalkeepers have no age restrictions. So, there you have it. Build your future and dynasty at the club of your choice. And remember, if anything goes wrong, "I did not see it!" Let's see if you can do what Arsene has done for so long!!!!

The idea is to do as well as possible I suppose if after a few season, you have a young squad, that have come through your ranks, and you are beating everyone, winning everything you can, there is no point in continuing.
But you can always try and better Arsene's record if you like =] |
