The above are my transfers. Hell load of them.

Going to start on my first league game, hopefully i dun get thrashed.

So far i have only won one and lost 3 in 4 of my friendlies

My Team Report by Assistant manager:

As you can see, the team is a huge improvement to the squad at the start but it came at a price, It cost a lot of money but I think it is enough to keep us up. The worst positions to get players for were the full backs, I tried about 4 people before i got the ones I have now. Just about to start my first game, had a good pre-season, started bad but as I improved the team, the results have started to come. Will post after my first month.

I give up. This team requires more than Mourinho,Hiddink, Sir Alex or whatever legendary manager combined to guide them to survival.

After losing resoundingly to KamAZ 4-2 (odds for me winning was 30-1) and 5-0 to Baltika (odds for me winning was 12-1), i give up lol.

I think you dun even get such odds of 30-1 when u are a bottom team in the coca cola championship facing the top team in the same league. or maybe even a league higher. :|

LOL, wednesdayboy, im pretty sure ur ass.manager is rubbish because hes given 7* rating to every 1st team player in ur squad!!!

Thats because its compared to my expected position, I'm expected to finish bottom so 7 stars means that they are alot better than getting botton if you get me.

Anyway I'm half way through the season and This is the table.

the board was unhappy with me cos I had spent 180,000 on players and was losing games but now they are happy cos I drew a few games and won one, still in trouble but doing well for such a poor team.

my tactics seem to be working but i'm getting crazy results, like 2-5 and 6-1. its pretty much hit and miss tactics. I'm now 14th but my next 3 games are against big teams so it looks like i'm gonna fall slowly in the next few weeks.

Did you not have an option for a budget adjustment? I did and got 12k to spend on transfers.

I did have the option, I had a max budget of 400k but only took 180k cos I needed a wage budget, I'm only doing well cos I found a U19 Russia striker who was 3rd top scorer this year and a midfielder called R.Cousins from Jamacia who I sign when i'm in england so I thought I would try him. Only problem is that I'm 250k in debt, was 300k but gates were getting me money, don't know how i'm ging to survive the winter. Shouldn't get sack though, I'm secured a job, was offered the job at a relegated side in prem (russian) but turned it down, the fans love me cos I got past the 4th round of the cup and kept them up.

This is most likely the greatest game i've ever played on FM 08 and definatly the most hardest in the first season. Next year i'm going to keep them up but also sort of the finncial mess i've got them in, the wage budget is fine but there in debt, gonna be a slow improvement but soon they will be playing chelsea in the champions league. Well they won't cos Chelsea are 9th and have sacked there manager.

If you want to know where your team is just ask, My team Sheffield Wednesday, who with no money and a stupid board are 24th (bottom) of the championship. Its not looking good.

K fed, I'm the first to do it, now, what do you want me to do next year.

thank guys, You don't know how defecive I went in the cup game, there goal was a 35 yard wonder goal, and we had a goal disallowed for offside about 5 minuites before.

smalldark, i was given loads of money in january from the board, eventhough my bank balance was poor, remember though every FM game is the different.

I said I would avoid relegation and used the budget adjustment to get 200k. Then went into debt and have cut that down but will need to do well in the cups next year or get some big friendlies and sell some players to pay it off.
