Ok, so I was wondering through the shoutbox this morning, whilst Pale Rider was in there. He was telling folk of his superb idea to takeover as west ham, and do something abit special
The Challenge
Your challenge is to take over as absolutly ay club on football manager, and try and do as good as possible So, whats so hard about that?! You must do this by buying former players only. You are not allowed to but any player that have not played at your club before (Youth players count so if a star got away from your grips, then you can get im back.
So, for example, these teams might sign these players
West Ham
Joe cole
Glen Johnson
Franck Lampard
David James
etc etc
Man Utd
Diego Forlan
Eric Djemba Djemba (haha)
Jaap Stam? (does he still play)
etc etc
Arsenal
Henry
Anelka
etc etc
Liverpool
Diao
Diouf
Fowler
Owen
Heskey
Anelka
James
etc etc
You get the point!! Have fun!

Great challenge this guys I was talking about something like this with Liveru yesterday, I did this on 07 with Man Utd for a laugh but never as a challenge nice one will def give this a shot when I get bored of my Arsenal game  |

Be nice to try it with Newcastle, except I couldnt sign back the likes of Rob Lee, Beardo, Les Ferdinand Ginola, Shearer or pretty much anyone decent for that matter. All I can think of is Dyer, Robert, Bowyer, Bernard and Cort.....not really any fun in any of them LMAO |

Obviously this will be easier with man utd arsenal or liverpool, nice selection to choose from with enough funds to do it within 3 seasons (for a full squad) Does it count if the player left then rejoined :P |
