*NEWS* - We now have 18 players registered for the FMF Offline Competition. Sunderland and Wigan will be controlled by their real life managers if we cannot fill them by 8pm tonight (14/02/08)
This afternoon your budgets will appear on the 1st post and the transfer window will open. Remember!
1.Post any transfer offers on here.
2. If you see an offer made for a player from your team, quote it and say whether you accept or reject. I will then proccess this on the game and offer the player what wages etc. he wants.
3. Foriegn transfers must be informed to me over msn, over shoutbox, pm or in this thread.
4. No secret transfers! You cannot agree a deal with someone without proof.
5. Transfers will be notified in a new post at the bottom of the thread.

Edit: If anyone wishes to take control of Wigan or Sunderland then please inform me on this thread and i will add you onto the list.
