Mourinho quit Benfica (after just nine league games in charge) on December 5, 2000. Vilarinho later said in an interview that if Mourinho had won the championship, he would have extended his contract.
Benfica: Win the title
Mourinho quickly found a new managerial post in January 2001 at unfashionable mid-tablers Uniao de Leiria, whom he took to their highest ever league finish of 5th place (incidentally, finishing just above Benfica).
União de Leiria: Finish in the top 2 and win a domestic cup.

Porto: Win a minimum of 3 Superliga trophies, 2 Uefa cups and one CL (or 2 CLs), A super cup and 2 portuguese cups. Also get 90 points or over and go a full season without being beat. (Doesnt have to be in same season)
As Chelsea Mourinho won the League cup and the League trophey in his first season. He then won the league again in his second season. He won the league cup and Fa cup but failed to get the title.
Mourinho left as the most successful manager in Chelsea's history having won six trophies for the club in three years. He was also undefeated in all home league games.
Chelsea: Win 3 or more League titles, Win 2 League cups, 2 FAcups, 3 Charity Shields, and of course 1 Champions league. Become the most succesful manager in Chelseas history, and go a full seaosn without losing AWAY
Decline the role as all National Managers.
