if you actually looked you can see they are not identical :S far from it
Version 2 is always much sharper and normally consists of scan liines
Version 3 has a added gradient map
the reason i choose to do this is it gives the user the choice of picking an avatar which they like best instead of only having a choice of 1 :) |
