When the articles get submitted for voting, will they be anonymous?

thats actually a good idea mate, i might just give each article a number from one to ten and put them annonymously for the vote so people dont just vote for ther member rathar then the article itself.

actually scrap that rule change as it could'nt possibly work, just noticed that, do what abs said instaed. As for voting, to avoid what happened in the past viting will not be anonymous. At least that way we can see if there is any cheating going on :)

I dont mean voting being anonymous..i mean the articles that people are voting for are anonymous!

The best way to do it would be 10 anonomous articles, with no names or nicknames attached to them and no massive hints, like in SOTF, although this week some of them are unbelievably unsubtle.

Then voting isn't anonomous so you can check if people vote for their own or not. But the guides should all be anonomous as people are easily influenced if their "friend" has created an article.

yeah, but they have to be posted on here first dont they, or is there another way of getting around this

You could say that people had to make them using Microsoft Word, then send them to you by email or by uploading them to a host site and providing the link via PM.

Then you could copy and paste them all into one Word document so that you have a document filled with the 10 articles. Then all you have to do is upload to Filefront or wherever and provide the link here.

Keeps the thread tidy and keeps the voting anonymous. Boom!
