PLAYER INTERACTION
Using the media effectively is one of the most important aspects of any manager's job - and in Football Manager 2007, you can use the press to talk to any player in the world. Tap up prospective targets or put your opponents under pressure - or just praise or rant at your team through the sports pages.

TEAM-TALKS
The half-time and full-time team talks have been vastly improved, and for the first time, pre-match team talks mean you can send your players out with your instructions ringing in their ears. Player talk options are now made up of the standard showing of anger, dissapointment, pleasure and delight together with saying that a player can make the difference in the game and informing the player that the pressure is on him to do well.

USER AIDS
An easier to use default skin is just one of the new features designed to make playing Football manager 2007 simpler than ever. Hints and tips and a vastly improved tutorial ensure you're always on the ball, while feedback from your assistant, scoputs and the media - plus customisation and multiple-row selection - come together to improve gameplay.

NETWORKING
For the first time, network play allows you to compete against friends no matter where you are.

A final note on the well publicised 'feeder club' addition, is only takes just the click of a button to move one of your players to an affiliate. The other team have no choice in the matter.
