Had possibly the toughest opponent here and it showed. He timed his shots to perfection, and the game started off very evenly, with Ru taking a 2-1 lead after 7 balling me in the third frame. Ru then clinched the tie with another win in the 4th frame. Then, being such an amazing sport, he agreed to play best out of 7 instead, and after he took a 4-1 lead, he agreed to go to a final best out of 9. I had felt the pressure throughout, and was disappointed to go down 5-1 and lose the tie. We agreed to play the remaining frames, and when the pressure was off I found my mojo  and in the end I succumbed to a 6-3 defeat. I feel sorry for anyone who gets Ru in the next round, you're in for it!!!! Fantastic player, and an amazing sportsman. Thanks for the game! Thanks for the kind words TH but I reckon you were just having an off day. After we finished and played the remaining games you seemed a lot more relaxed and it showed by you winning 2 out of 3 of the frames. Cheers for the game...I'm through to the semi-finals!!!

Unfortuntly, he seemed to have no luck. I'm quite embarrased to have won that way. It was flattering to say the least

Ok heres what we gonna do! Me and Crashmore are the only 2 not involved in the comp anymore except for Wozza but he dont wanna play. All the other losers have lost in the first round so are in the UEFA Cup now. Craig needs an opponent, so me and Crashmore will play eachother, and the winner will play Craig in the first round of the Champions League, and the loser will play Dean in the UEFA Cup, because Seany has forfeited! Only way I can think of doing it! Keep playing! |
