t.h how can you say nando torres is over-rated..
hes scored loads of hattricks this season and hes more than likely to get in the top 3 scorers this season and its his 1st season?
i agree with the person who said about rooney,
didier drogba is overrated :) :P |

I think certain "world class" brazillian footballers at the moment are largely over rated, Ronaldinho, kaka, Adriano, Mancini, Dida Cicinho Alex, Fred, and even Juninho and Daniel Alves...
Spain appears to emerge now as the new Brazil, with the likes of Fernando Torres, Villa, Cesc, Puyol, Xabi Alonso, Casillas, Albiol and Iniesta all playing some absolutley superb football, attracting all the footballing superpowers around at the moment.
Not to say of course that the brazillians above wouldnt be welcome to play in the black and white of the Toon though!!!!!!! :) |

Wtf no one even heres from Danny Cadamateri or Malcolm Christie anymore.
David Bentley is class, Richard Wright is second choice keeper behind Rob Green, so we nevere hear from him.
I think Dawson can be a brilliant player when he has a leader beside him. WIth Kaboul next to him at the start of the season they both looked very nervy and made careless mistakes. With the likes of a King or a Woodgate in the side, Dawson is much more assured and delivers fantastic performances.
Chris Kirkland has been pretty awesome for Wigan this year. i agree with Mirja, many english players get overrated especially by the media. |
