Right let me explain what has happened and the image below...

I make a full 11 changes at half time

I am manging Crawley... I get a player sent off which puts me down to 10 men... not a problem!!

In the 61st minute one of my defenders gets injured.. I bring him off without bringing on a sub..

In the 63rd minute I then realise I still have 1 sub on the bench which I can bring on... but FM will not let me do this..

Is this something anyone has ever seen in football or FM?? WHY!!!!!!

(I know that when you take an injured player off for treatment and NOT sub him he can come back on.. FM wont allow this either)

Images shows injured player off... and the last player in teh 12 subs is still YET to be used!!

The option " Undo last" may help you mate if your at the tactics screen and you you do something incorrectly thats always there !

And about having only one player left on the bench and you can still not swap for a player on field is maybe there is a limit for subs(including freindlies maybe)
