depends what league your in, If in a low league team then sell them for free or 1k. if in Top leagues then sell them at a cut down price and offe them to clubs.
eg. If there worth 100k then sell them for 10-25k.
Depends weather you want to just get rid of them to lower the wage bill or weather you want transfer money.
