Update, with REAL UPDATE to come but I had to go ahead and brag on this one a bit:
I just won the 2015/2016 Champions League!!!!
Having dropped out of last years 3-2 in the quarters to Real (a tournament whose final was hosted at Ibrox) I upped the ante a bit and signed Joris Delle to provide that final piece I really felt was missing: a world class keeper.
Well boys, it certainly paid off. Finishing second in my group and only conceding three goals, my Gers side preceded knock out defending champs Milan 3-3 on away goals, Sporting 3-1 on aggregate, a superb 3-2 agg. win over Liverpool (trailing 2-1 after the first leg at Anfield), and a 3-2 extra-time thriller over a Lyon side boasting no fewer than three of my former players to cinch the title. A modern quadruple in Scotland, and certainly my finest hour with any team ever.
