What year are you in on the game?
If you've just started I'd recommend Mika Aaritalo, he can play AMR/L and ST and i incredibly consistent. On my Liverpool game he was great at AML chipping in with a few goals and in my current Derby game he got 17 assists from ST in my first season and started the 2nd season with a hattrick against Wigan. I play 2 up top on my Derby game though so can't say how he'd perform as a single striker. The best think about him is he's amazingly cheap, cost me just 45k on my Liverpool game and 180k with Derby. I can't say if he'd join Ipswich but it's worth a try.
