Not really buy it depends on their personallity. It does take time for them to mix, and also depending on what country they are from. If you put players in U18 and reserves, then it doesn't really matter, but slowly introduce them to first team football if they have potential. If you sign new signings, i tend to just leave them on the bench for 1 game, then give them a full game debut. |
