Sorry to be picky here. but is there a bug or something that restricts a team from "appealing" to a rejected work permit. Before this DB, I was able to sign Lulinha at will; however the transfer always gets canceled due to the failed work permit. Earlier, I could appeal it and it would be granted. But now, i can't even appeal... |
