Gots to recomend Pat McCourt from Derry City, he starts off with Dribbling at 18, pace and acceleration at 16 and a couple of other decent winger attributes... plus he costs 80k and no need for a WP he's from Northern Ireland :)
Also, Gustav Holmes of Frederikstad has a load of decent technical attributes dribbling, free kicks and technique start at 20 but he has terrible physical stats. |
