Default Lower League Management Hints and Tips

- When you first join the club try to bog down your key players and staff to full time contracts, this way they will train more and develop more as a player

- Check for your parent club. If you have a parent club try to get a few good loans in for your side. Also if you do not try and ask the board for one. A bit on young flair and quality could be the difference of you getting a mid-table finish and getting promoted. Having a good feeder club may also give you some financial help which is always needed as a small club

- Free transfers, these are key when you are a small side needing some players on bosmans. Go for a bit of experience if needed and offer lots of people transfers because some are bound to reject and some will accept

- Find a good training schedule for your side, This could balance out your players and also help them to be 100% ready in the matches you face as every match is vital when you are playing in the lower leagues

- Same as above really but instead of a training schedule this time it is a tactic. Try and create or download a good tactic that fits your clubs style and way of football. Dont go and get an all guns blazing attacking formation when you don't have any decent forward players.

- And Finally analise for your next game. Look at the scout report and adapt your formation, squad selection for the game you are about to play.
