Thank you Ap, and everyone else who contributed, its an awesome guide, extremely detailed and well laid out.
I find the staff guides in this piece particularly useful, most people know a lot about the players but not so much as to who to get in for backroom employment.
I personally can't think of what else to add, though I expect others might so will check back on this thread from time to time.
