the only thing you have to do is to affer to some coaches from your club an assistant role.the you may sign some new more choaces.for example if you need a new coach, offer to a coach from your club an assistant manager role, after that sign a new coach and then offer to your coach that becomes an assistant to become back to coach role.at my current club (llanelli from wales) i can have no more than 3 coaches but with this trick i have 4 assistants and 7 coaches.look:
