i dunno bozz, a few times now the team have said that the team talk inspired them to overturn a deficit and emerge victorious etc. Having said that i believe it only makes a difference playing the big teams when your a minnow. If done right you can pull off a shock!
And if you want your assistant manager to do it make sure he has excellent motivational skills as in 16+ otherwise you may as well do it yourself |
