Would say that Acceleration is more important and where is Pace? The Hints & Tips of FM are always saying that Pace is important for a full back. Centre Backs; Tackling more important than Concentration? Isn't Tackling something that is often used by full backs and less often by centre backs? Concentration is something that is very important for a good centre back though. He needs to keep concentrating in order to do his primary and only job good, marking the striker. Captains: Influence is of course the main attribute to look at. However, Determination and Teamwork are also very important for a good captain. Even Work Rate might be good to look at since he can't have a lazy captain now can we? Just some things I wanted to point out. It's still my opinion so you might or might not agree with it. Overall: Awesome guide!

Fixed some of it now thanks to everyones opinions. With the Full Backs, Pace is primary and Acceleration and pace kinda goes together.
