Just some tips at most. I've moved this to General Discussion. Perhaps someone knows this since I don't, but is it possible that when you get sacked, so does your ass. manager? This happens a lot in real life so why shouldn't it in FM? Or when you get sacked and a new manager joins the club, that he brings his own staff with his (ass. manager and coaches) and that the old ass. manager has to leave the club because of that. This makes FM more and more realistic since I don't think it's in the game yet. It's the same with you joining a new club. You should have the possibility to bring along your ass. manager(s) to your new club.
