In the 99/00 season Wednesday had one of the worst seasons in there histories and were relegated to the championship, but that was only the start of it, the manager at the time, Danny Wilson, had spent huge amounts of money on players and there wages and when Wednesday were relegated, they couldn't afford the players an had a 'clearout' sell what were world class players for next to nothing just to keep the club alive. Now things haven't changed that much. besides the managers.
So here's the challenge, can you take Sheffield Wednesday, the Long term manager hating, money strapped Wednesday to the premiership and Financial security.
Rules:
- Manager rep must be set to Auto, there going to be less likely to sack you if your world class rep.
- To make this realistic you can adjust the budget to so you have no Transfer funds, the Max you can have/use is 500k.
- You have 2 seasons to gain promotion, it can be via any way (play-off - Winning league.)
- You MUST get to the 3rd round of the League cup OR the 4th round of the FA cup in one of the seasons.
If you want to extend this past the two years or you do it in 1 try to get Champions League Football in 2 years.
You must show screenshots of:
- Manager profile at beginning
- Transfers after each window
- Finances every 4 months
- All Cup matches and big matches/wins in League (Sheff U are gonna be needed or you fail.
