Default Downloading tactics

Firstly thanks loads to all the guys for putting tactics up, but i dont download tactics as a few FM managers and real life managers believe there too many variables in football to say that one tactic will kill all. The best tactics are the ones that can be moulded or tweaked to play against different teams and that dont confuse your own players, as marc vaughns hints and tips guide suggests and to quote "K-I-S-S" keep it simple stupid . Also the legendary jose mourinho used a 4-5-1 formation when he was managing chelski but after 2 seasons of success built on dour 1-0 wins it was found wanting in its 3rd season. And for certain tactics and formations to work you need to have the right personnel to suit the tactics no point playing direct passing if your target man is only 5 2" and hes up against a 6 5" defender the big man is always going to win the aerial battle, and outmuscle the smaller player. There are two schools of thought when it comes to formations and tactics 1) players to suit your pre determined formation 2) finding a formation to suit the players you have at your disposal.

Please let me know what you guys think and feel free to come back at me with your comments.
