When managing 20 teams I usually ask assistant and tweak it a bit when he is a complete noob and says enjoy the game even though its the biggest game of the season.
I always seem to concede a lot goals too, so hopefully applying these rules will help me to keep the scorelines tighter.
I have used the "We must get a result here" quite a lot, especially when I am losing at half time, and I can see that it makes a big difference 80% of the time.
Aston Villa 0-4 Man City HT
Used the "we must get a result" option, and Villa came back to win 5-4 in the last 13 minutes.
Portsmouth 4-0 Aston Villa HT
Used it again and although it wasnt a convincing comeback the game ended 5-2 to Pompey
Man City 0-2 Blackburn HT
Used it once again and Man CIty cameback to win 3-2 in the last 15 minutes.
