Its actually quite ironic that I bought this guy from Almeria after Madrid sold him in 2007. He grew up playing for Rayo Vallecano, before switching in 2005 for Madrid side, they sent him straight to affiliate Real Madrid Castilla from 2005-07. In July 2007, he was sold to Almeria, with R.Madrid having an option to rebuy for 2.6Million.

In Football Manager '08

This guy actually caught my eye when I looked at the top goal scorers after the first day of the season and seen that he scored 4 goals in 1 game. So i looked at his stats and he is not to bad. Since I bought him he has scored 6 goals in 9 (3), and his average rating is 7.33.



Tactical Instructions

This is more of a tall striker than a fast one (but he isnt too slow) so try to play him with someone who has pace and stamina to burn. My assistant says that he plays like Ruud Van Nistelrooy.

Conclusion

I think that if he can score 4 goals against mallorca and can score 6 goals in 9 games for Madrid then he would be a good signing for any team. May would be even more successful for other smaller clubs e.g. reading or Bolton!
