Club/Player Loyalty - How Loyal You Are To Your Club, eg. Reject Links to other club
Domestic PLayer Bias - If you are having more of the same nationality players then any other, eg. more english players then any other.
Financial Control - How good u are at controlling finance
Hands Of Approach - Take everything into hand. Eg. Do your own contracts, dont leave it to your assistant (maybe not the U18 squad) do your own team talks...This is important, as it gets you to know more about your squad.
Squad Discipline - How good u discipline it
Tactical Consistency - How consistent u use a tactic
You want a higher Club Player loyalty, Financial Control, Hands On Approach, Squad Discipline. |
