Default Array Access Out of Bounds

I've been trying to replace the english leagues with scottish teams & all goes well until I start swapping teams from the Scottish 2nd division with teams from the Coca-Cola Championship. When starting a game with my new database I get 'array access out of bounds'. I've re-started doing it till I'm blue in the face but still the same. I've checked to make sure I'm doing it correctly via the 'swap' function on the editor & the leagues have the right number of teams there etc etc but nothing works! I'm using the latest database from this site. Any help or suggestions?
