10/11 Season!
Goal: avoid relegation. Media predicts me 20th.
The board give me a starteling transfer budget of 14,5million£. Quite alot for a little club like Southend. I signed alot of decent players like Nani, Kazenga Lua Lua, Babel(loan), Søren Larsen.
Transfers in/out:
I started out good, i was at 2th for a short period of 2 games. I hoovered around 6th place until it hit me. A tsunami of horrendeus luck came my way. It was vast beyond imagination. We were stung, and stung badly. A streak of lots of games without wins pointed us towards the dreaded relegation sone. More and more matches were played, and at a higher frequenz did our striker miss clear goalscoring oppurtunities. Then it suddenly turned around. We were at 19th place. 8 matches left. In those last matches we made 6 wins out 8. 1 draw and one loss.
We ended the season proud as a shrimper should be. 12th place!!
So this brings us to where I am now. Just started a new season in Premier league and will make a real post about it soon. I cant stand writing all this bout fm and not playing it. More to come in a week or so.
