So I made this thread when I'd came to my 11/12 season. I will make a short recap of the recent events.
In my first season of managing i said to the board i would make promotion. The media said I could do 7, but with this squad and with reinforcements to come i knew we could make it.
07/08 transfers:

In this season I also won the JPT.
08/09 Goal: Safe mid table positions. Quite high expectacions from me but my squad at this time had good depth and lots of skillfull players as Tommy Høiland and Jabu Pule.
I was given quite the budget this time of 1 million £. With that kind of money on my mind I didn't do the best transfers. Bad job by me really but i managed to get by anyways.
Transfers:
The buy of David Amoo was clearly a mistake. He ain't nearly good enough for 1 mill imo. Fernandez didn't get to much play time either as Høiland was superior. I also signed Dalla Valle. He is amazing really. Like 7,20 every season since.
In the cups I didnt do too well. Third round in both.
League table:
Finished 7th in first season of Championship wasn't bad. Next season I was going for the promotion....
09/10: Goal for this season was promotion. Because of my pied all over last years budget i didnt get any transfer funds. Understandeble considering i overspent vastly last year on the payments. I signed some decent ones at free transfer tho.
Transfers: 
Felipe Saad is very decent tower CB. Lindholm is also a very very nice young regen(unfortunatly) player. As you can see the squad lost alot of weight, but it was needed to bring in the few players.
League Table:
Yeeeaaaaaaa! Premiership next! W00t W00t. Too bad i didnt win really. The matches agains Sunderland decided it so. I lost that one.
Anywho Im sorry for all this wall of text and summaries. But I only came over this site a few weeks ago and thought it would be cool to post this season here. This is my first time using photobucket etc so excuse me for the hazzle with the photos etc. Anyways - coming up: Southend in the premiership!!!
