What I'd like to see improved is the interaction with the players.not just having rest,praise etc.you should be able to discuss with him when he's contract is ending and convince him to stay with the team or to give 100% at the next critical game or what he thinks about the team and supporters.i mean private interaction-discussion not only public interaction like it's now.
i like the ideas about tv like news and internet,but not exactly as they are in England (Sky sports and the other one you said-gillette saturday sports or what was it?)'cause they won't mean anything for the ones outside England.and having separate ones for each country doesn't seem possible.what about sitv news or something like that?
and the possibility of buying something with the money you earn is a must.otherwise why have a wage?and why go from your favorite team to Chelsea for example,if you can't do anything with lot of extra money?
oh and something else...something must be done with the finances.you can't be able to spend as much money as let's say Man utd,while having (for example)Aston Villa,even after 2-3 years.man utd has got very large income on merchandizing etc worldwide.that should be on the game.and of course as the fame of your team grows such income should be your team's too. |
