Monday.... How I love mondays.
Just past lunch time I crawl out of bed ready for another day on my parent's computer searching for jobs. I eat my breakfast while staring emptily at Sky Sports News and just notice that there's some 'Breaking News'...
"Newcastle United have announced that they have appointed competition winner Danny Garvey as manager on an ongoing trial"
"Lucky so-and-so" I mutter under my breath, remembering that Newcastle had held a competition at the end of the last season for anybody with a passion for management to write in and explain why they would be able to bring glory to the Toon, promising them an on-going contract to prove it.
After finishing my coco-pops I head off into the kitchen to wash the bowl when suddenly my legs turn to jelly, that was my name scrolling across that screen....
I REALLY do love Mondays. |
