512 DDR400 RAM
It's DDR-1. Not DDR-2.
Edit: Thanks everybody for your help. Unfortuantely I think it's a lack of memory. I'll try to buy more 512mb and I'm sure it's gonna be much better. I've tried to reinstall many times and my computer is ok, so there's nothing but that as a problem (lack of memory).
