well yes but this is a possesion tactic that works best on small pitches, you can make it a bit more offensive and narrow the witdh a bit to tighten up spaces between your players. Since you have most of the ball, you could neglect the defense a bit and you should be ok. Also, make sure you set your 3 MC's to forward runs and the striker to Hold up Ball. Making him the target striker may help too. Good luck
