i doubt it is a bug, it is probably about the memory
i had 256MB of RAM until not too long ago and I only loaded England - thats it
if i loaded any more leagues it would be VERY slow, and it froze many times
now i have 768 MB of RAM, and it is much better
a tip, click the recommended setup button while starting a new game, and use only as many leagues as they show you
or use a smaller db size
