I'm guessing that three of the better players you have are Branimir Kostadinov, Ryan Wallace and Matej Rapnik?
I found all three coped well with life in the first team, I made them understudy to older players, played them when my team were winning comfortably and Kostadinov even scored a couple.
Try and get yourself a scottish feeder club to farm them out to, as they wont want to go to Mtz-Ripo. After turning down three lots I was lucky enough to have Alloa come up and I immediately started to farm out my youngsters, most of which played regularly for them.
Other good ones in the Jambos side are Matthew Park, Callum Elliott, Ryan McGowan and Gary Glen, all of which are worth playing in the odd friendly, or taking to cup games against lower league opposition. |
